Life Changes: (Spiritual Growth & Worship)

Children learn that character matters – both God’s and ours. As children in elementary learn more of who God is, they come to discover how He will respond to them and then, how they also should respond to the world around them.

Life Groups (Community)

Children discover how relationships are an essential part of growing through small groups with the same children and small group leader.

Life Collision (Service & The Mission)

Children start to discover that when their life collides with others it can have an eternal impact.  They discover their place in serving through a variety of planned service projects led by the Living Hope Staff, as well as opportunities within your family and church.

A Typical US 252 Session

Small group leader greet children at their table. Kids participate with their small group in an activity meant to introduce the one TRUTH, or bottom line, we want kids to walk away with and remember that morning.

Large Group Enviorment

Shortly after arriving, kids are moved to their large group environment where they hear the Bible story.  We use costumes, props, and characters from the story – anything that makes the Bible come to life. We also carve out time each week for kids to sing as loud as they want and tell God how much they love Him.

Small Group Enviorment

After participating in worship, kids travel back to their small groups where their leaders help them understand how the day’s bottom line can fit into their everyday life. Small group leaders in US 252 are serious about having fun with kids and passionate about teaching the truth.  We want kids to see how God’s Word fits into their lives, to learn how to talk to Him, and to build friendships that will last.  Every Sunday they connect with the same small group of kids and the same small group leader.  That way they get connected and we have the best chance to establish a relationship that’s going to matter when they need it most.

Parents, You Are It

No one has more potential than a parent to impact a child for the sake of the kingdom. That is why we encourage parents to attend the Family KonneXion Live, service at 10:35 am where the same truth is introduced to the whole family.

These are four short devotions to help children focus their attention as they spend time reading the Bible and talking to God at home. Kids pick up their GodTime cards during small group time at US 252 to help them establish a lifelong habit of spending regular time with God.
